The programme for accompanying persons during the Dragon Grand Prix Germany will follow.
Weiße Wiek - Boltenhagen
Boltenhagen is located around 20 km east of the town of Luebeck and can be reached easily via new highways. The drive from Hamburg lasts about 90 min. Ferry boats from Scandina-via and the baltic states arrive at Travemuende or Warnemuende.
The new marina opened in 2008. It is located near the traditional resort of Boltenhagen. The village of Boltenhagen provides a decent promenade with a lot of typical restaurants, shop-ping facilities and nice spots. Accommodation is available in different categories (1.800 beds).
The marina itself has a 4*-"Iberotel" and an apartment building, the "Dorfhotel".
The IBEROTEL is an up-to-date hotel with a total of 191 rooms and suites, all with sea view. All standard facilities for a hotel of this standard are available.
The DORFHOTEL combines the flexibility of apartments with the comfort of a hotel . Nice apartments, espially for families, reserved beach, bars und restaurants, Spa, facilities for dif-ferent sports as well as childcare.
The rightmost pontoon is reserved for regattas. Up to 100 Dragons can be moored easily at this pontoon. At the shore end there is an event space which we will be used for the after-race-activities (daily prize-giving, snacks and chats).
